It seams that Cucimoc cant transfer a conversation to its own remote destination. Anyone else haven seen that problem:
It works from the same users physical phone without any problems. The other way round it works ok, that means if the call is taken on the mobile phone, and one do a hang up, you can continue the conversation on the Cucimoc phone.

Hi
Can you confirm that the CSF device you are using with CUCIMOC has been configured for mobility.

Hi Bryan,
at the moment the handover from my hardphone and my softphone to the remote destination works fine.
But I have not found a way to activate this feature on my CUCIMOC device.
I tried Mobility UserID, configuration of primary phone and I checked the check box for remote destination.
All these settings have no effect.
==> Could you please explain what settings are required ?
Thanks in advance

Hello Carsten (and Hi Bryan),
This one is easily missed - but luckily easily solved too.
So yes you've configured the user to have access to "mobility", but you need to associate the phone with that user's mobility settings. Within the CSF "phone" you have two fields called "owner user ID" and "mobility user ID".
Make sure they're both set to the user's name and you'll have access to remote destinations.
Cheers,
Stu

Hi,
thanks for the information regarding the setup of the CSF device for
single number reach.
I just want to explain that we are that the 'Mobility User ID' has to be
configured.
At Bayer we have worked out administration guides that include all
required settings for all the features that we offer to our customers.
So we can ensure that we do not forget any parameters.
The problem that we have seen with transfer to remote destination is a
known bug that was fixed in the meantime.
Here is the status of our Issue Log.
Best Regards
Carsten Lucy
