CUCM 11.5.1 how to add more licenses?

I have some deployments of 11.5.x, we are wanting to add more licenses but are confused on how to go about getting the the PAK. All of the part numbers we used in the past are no longer available for sale. can someone shed some light on how I would go about getting the correct part numbers ordered as well as how to deploy if that has changed?

All perpetual license are EOL You need to buy flex license.

Asper the 11.5 EOL announcement, version 11.5 is EOS by May 31, 2021. If 11.X is not orderable, you need to upgrade your system to 12.X and purchase the license for Version 12.X
