CUCM 11.5.1 - Root Error Question

Hi,

We found our CUCM publisher is affected by this bug CSCvd27298. The recommended action is run a show perf query class for the  "Cisco Tomcat Web Application" . When running this command the below root errors stands out, our question is should we be concern for the amount of errors for the root?

_root -> Errors = 404
_root -> Requests = 465
_root -> SessionsActive = 61

How did you come to the conclusion that your Publisher is affected by the defect you are posting?

That defect you mention refers to a misleading output when running command utils diagnose test. Also, after running command show perf query class "Cisco Tomcat Web Application" you need to look at the perfmonservice2 requests. Your comment was made about the _root Errors, Requests and SessionsActive.

In any case you don't need to worry about them. It is expected to see them, I ran that same command in my lab and have higher numbers than what you are sharing.
