We have CUCM 11.5 to which we want to install new licenses, we already acquired the FLEX licenses from Cisco and it's my first setup.
The process seemed easy just next and next but I reached a point where it's asking about Webex SIP URI info not sure how it's related to CUCM 11.5 licenses.
Any help please?

I think you've received the Webex provisioning e-mail which is not related to CUCM 11.5 licenses.
Licenses for 11.5 still using same process (Registering PAK, get licenses, fulfillment on traditional licenses, so on).
From 12.0 onwards the process runs entirely on Smart License software.

Maybe we could give you some advice if you’d actually outline the details of what your doing. If possible please take screenshots and add to your description of the steps that do.
