CUCM 11.5 - Install another language

Hello team,

We have a cucm 11.5 in our environment. And we would like to install another language package for the end customer.

We would like to know if we can use the same sftp server for the configuration backup and for the install/update package?

When I try to use the same server, on the install/update we get this error message "username or password invalid" all the time.

But for the configuration backup, we did not get any error message.

It is mandatory to use a different server for each application(configuration backup and install/update).

You can use the same. We do this and do not have the same problem as you described.

Which SFTP utility do you use? Is it windows or linux server?

We use SolarWind SFTP. It's a Windows SW.
