Hi,
recently we have deployed a CUCM version 14 and we are about to use reservation to activate its instances, is it PLR supported ? we are willing to activate all its premium features with Permanent reservation.
Thanks in advance

AFAIK there is no feature limitation for reservation. It’s a licensing option used for high secure environment.
what you mean by PLR supported ?

By PLR supported, I mean that that can CUCM 14 be activated with permanent license reservation. As it stated in data sheet SLR license can be applied on this product but there is no info about PLR license which can enable all premium features on the product with reservation code.

AFA its SLR. There is noting called as Premium licensing for CUCM. I think PLR is applicable to Security products like firepower.
Specific License Reservation is a feature that is used in highly secure networks. It provides a method for customers to deploy a software license on a device (Product Instance - Unified Communications Manager) without communicating usage information.
The user can specify and reserve perpetual or term-based licenses against the Unified Communications Manager product. After authorization code is exchanged, regular product synchronization is not required until there are changes in the reservation. Reserved licenses remain blocked in Cisco Smart Software Manager unless released from the product with a return code.
