CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 CP-8845 support.

Good afternoon,

I need to configure a CP-8845 phone to the Call Manager [version 8.6.2]. The phone model not exist in the device type .

Can anyone clarify me if necessary install Device Package version 8.6.2.26169-1 (reference "Cisco Unified Communications Manager Device Package Compatibility Matrix) to obtain necessary Firmware to this model?

Or if exist specifically firmware to this? and load in the CUCM?

You should be able to get this phone working on CUCM 8.6.2 after applying the 8.6.2.26169-1 Device Pack. Check below:
