Hello, we're using just standalone .wav files as our MOH audio sources and seem to be having some trouble with the volume being too loud. I've lowered the volume manually on these files (using Audacity) by -15db and uploaded them manually to our pub/subs, but the volume does not seem to be changing. It almost seems like for a split second it plays the volume lower but it becomes amplified no matter how much I lower the db on the .wav file. I feel like I'm missing a step (service restart needed?) or perhaps the volume is controlled somewhere I'm not aware of. Any ideas?
