CUCM Admin page not accesible after SSO deployment failed

We have CUCM 12.5 test cluster with 4 server (3x CUCM and 1x IMP Server). We were trying to deploy the SSO on it and it failed. After that the CUCUM Admin page is not accessible for one server with error HTTP Status 404 ?.  /ccmadmin/localauthlogin. Rest servers admin page is accessible. Please see attach error screenshot. 

 

We tried restarting cisco tomcat service and restarted the server, still getting same error. Please advice how to resolve it.

Likely you're hitting a defect. One of them is discussed in this post. There is also another one, similar to the first one, that can be affecting you, for details on that see this link.

Thank you for your reply. We have checked that post. In our case SSO enabling has failed and we verified that tkssomode value is 0 for all servers. 

In that case it is likely that you'd need to reach out to TAC for their help.
