Hi,
We have an deadline to upgrade our CUCM & CUC from 10.5.2 to 12.5.2 by next week.
But we will receive licenses only by April 10th 2022.
Post upgrade will we get 90 days buffer period, can we run our CUCM & CUC on 12.5 without any issues ??
Pls suggest.
Regards
Jagadish

Yes you can run the systems on the 90 day evaluation period. If there anyway are are issues with this you should be able to reach out to GLO, the global licensing support, for help with getting temporary time bound licenses that you can use in the interim period until you’ll get the actual licenses.

You can run your CUCM and CUC without any issues during the evaluation period.
As @Roger Kallberg mentioned, you can reach out to GLO for one or two months temporary licensing.
