One of our CISCO unified communications manager attendant console's (V6.1.2) is maximize/restore the software window on receiving call and I can't see where to change this so it doesn't? We have around 6 workstations set the same and none of the others bring up the console window on reeving a call so something has changed on this particular one.

Hi there,
Just to add a note to the good tips from my friend Manish (+5)
You can use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top"
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.

Since this is CUCM 6.x and TAC won't support this the best i could suggest is to uninstall the AC application from the PC including all registry settings and reboot the PC followed by reinstall of AC client and see if that helps.
