We need to move a Call Manager 8.6 cluster to a new location.The plan is to provide replacement UCS hardware at the new locaiton which will need new IP addresses and hostnames. The cluster has Security by Default, and there must be minimal user disruption. Looking for the recommended option to achieve please

Hi,
Are you planning on upgrading at the same time? If so you could use Prime Collaboration Deployment which can do most the work for you. Essentially build a new cluster then move your phones over by changing the TFTP 150 option.
I don't have a lot of experience with the security side but found the below which should be of assistance.

Hi, no upgrade planned at this time. Building the new cluster at the new location in advance then repointing phones and other integrations is the logical approach, I wasn't clear a DRS backup on the old cluster could be restored on the new hardware givien the new IP addresses and hostnames

Hi,
You can build a new cluster on same IP address and hostnames in non-production setup, restore backup and later on , u can change IP to new ones.
