Hello everyone, have a good week.
CUCM System version: 12.0.1.21900-7.
Users complained that they could not pick up a ringing phone even though they were members of the same call pickup group.
Then, when I tested it by including my own phone in a different location, I saw that it still didn't work.
A - calls B.
C - Press OK, then select "pick-up" from the menu.
C- An error message appears on the phone, such as no suitable call found.
A, B, and C are members of the same pickup group.
What would you suggest I check?
I search on the internet and Cisco forum, couldn't find any solution until now.

The CSS of the IP Phones have access to the partition of the call pick groups numbers?

Yes, IP Phone's CSS has permission to dial the Pickup group's partition.
Do you have another suggestion?

It's a bug, the work around is set the busy trigger to 2 instead of 1 or update.
