Hi
We have a CUCM cluster (1 pub, 3 subs) in v12.5.1. We have a plan to start installing parches and updates for this cluster.
We were able to install a security patch without problems.
Then, we tried to install update SU6, but the upgrade failed after uploading the file to the publisher.
Now, we are not able to install any upgrade or update. The system says an upgrade is in progress, even when the failed update was finished.

A cluster upgrade is in progress
utils system upgrade cluster cancel
Canceling the upgrade. Please wait...(but nothing happens)

We even try rebooting the publisher, but the problem continues.
TAC engineers didn't understand the issue.
Any ideas on how to reset the upgrade status on this cluster?
