We're in the process of reducing our billing cost for our DID usage and would like to know the best way to approach this. I ran the Unused DID report and having the carrier run reports of the DID usage on their side. Our concern is we don't want to disconnect any DID's the systems are using (i.e. Route patterns, hunt groups, auto attendants, call handlers, translation patterns) etc. basically any numbers the systems are utilizing for operational purposes. Are there reports that can assist with gathering this information? Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
