I've noticed that in the CUC SIP Integration guide, Cisco decided to leave the trunk on delayed offer.
The setting for this is on CUCM under SIP Profile:
Early Offer support for voice and video calls
- Disabled = Delayed Offer. (Maybe CUCM would actively hold back an SDP until the 200 OK) - CUCM Default
- Best Effort = BEEO, generally recommended by Cisco. An INVITE with an SDP will go through.
- Mandatory = CUCM will use an MTP (if it has to) to guarantee an SDP gets attached to the INVITE
Does anyone know if Unity only supports delayed offer?
Also, incidentally, does this setting apply for calls towards CUC or calls placed by CUC (or both)?
