Hello,
I am trying to forward all calls from extension A to extension B. When I dial the offices main line, and dial her extension I receive the message "I did not recognize that as a valid entry. Hello, cisco unity messaging system etc..." However when I call her extension directly it forwards without issue. She is set up in CUCM but does not have a voicemail license in CUCA. What am I missing?

Checking the "allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers" accomplished what I needed to. Thank you for your help!
