Hello, We have UCS C260 M2 with firmware version 1.5(7e), and I am trying to upgrade the firmware so we can upgrade the EXSI version as well.   My question is can I upgrade from 1.5(7e) to 1.5(9f) directly or do I need to do intermediate upgrade ?

As I understood if we need to upgrade CUCM version to 12.x we need to first convert them to Smart Licensing. If we are moving the customer to Flex Licensing plan do we still need them to first convert to Smart Licensing?   Thanks,
