Hi.
I have CUCM 12.5 and configured DND for certain phone number.
After applying & save the configuration setting. Within few minutes the configuration rollback to the previous setting.
Any one has encountered this kind of problem before.

Assuming the user isn’t toggling it off from the phone, I’d check database replication. That’s very unusual.
