CUCM - Installing upgrade, stuck on Loading

Hi

I am trying to install a device pack on the CUCM Publisher but when I choose 'Software Upgrades', 'Install/Upgrade', it gets stuck on "Loading, Please Wait'.  I've come away and gone back 12 hours later and it's the same!  As such I am unable to install an upgrade.

How do I get out of this?  Is there a service I can restart?

Thanks

Steve

Hi Steve,

you need to have firmware loaded on all the servers in a cluster and then, restart the tftp service.

regds,

aman

Steve, you mean to say that u are not able to see 8831 in Pub since it has been rebuild.

Are u uploading the below DP for CUCM 9.1?

cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.13070-1.cop.sgn

regds,

aman

Please see screenshot, top server successfuly retrieving list of upgrade files located in my SFTP firmware directory, the second server snapshot is the Publisher that is not identifying any of my upgrade files.

Hope this helps?

Both CUCMs running the exact same version.

If I try to upgrade via CLI, I get the follwing:

admin:utils system upgrade initiate

Warning: Do not close this window without first canceling the upgrade.

The given directory was located and searched but no valid options or upgrades were available.  Note, the system cannot be downgraded so option and upgrade files for previous releases were ignored.
