Cucm sip trunk to voice gateway

Hello,

Why would you want to have a sip trunk between cucm and Voice gateway instead of mgcp especially when voice gateway uses still PRI to PSTN. Why would i want a hybrid instead of a full sip environment what would be still the advantage?
