We are getting ready to upgrade call manager, from 9.0 to 9.1, the upgrade itself looks pretty straight forward so I'm not overly worried about it. But we are running several other UC products:
CUP's
Unity
UCCX
CUEAC
Do these typically get upgraded at the same time? I'd rather not upgrade everything, but I don't want to break one of them by upgrading Call Manager either. Is there a software matrix somewhere (what version works with what version)? I've never done an upgrade in this environment before, we have 1500 phones/users and I don't want to break them all

Depends on what version you are on those, you will need to verify CUCM software compatibility matrix, CCX compatibility matrix, etc to ensure full compatibility between CUCM and each app.
