Hi all.
I have cucm14 which works fine at head office with IP 10.1.1.2 and we have a support office at another site. It is required to connect to cucm for administration purposes only and not to connect any devices at support office. The 10.1.1.2 IP for cucm was NATed 1:1 with IP 192.168.1.2 which is accessible from the support office.
When 192.168.1.2 is entered onto a web browser from the support office the below happens:
1. The cucm home page opens up,
2. When Cisco Unified Communications Manager link is clicked, Cisco Unified CM Administration login page opens up
3. When username and password is entered and login button clicked:
4. Webpage redirects to https://10.1.1.2/ccmadmin/security.jsp and displays "The connection has timed out. An error occurred during a connection to 10.1.1.2".
What needs to be done for cucm to not redirect from 192.168.1.2 to 10.1.1.2 on the webpage?

Use FQDN in the Enterprise Parameter and also use FQDN in the browser when connecting to CM.
