Have you got:
mwi relay under telephony-service and mwi sip under your dns.
other than that can try clearing all your messages and do the following under Sip-ua:
no mwi-server (remove it)
add back the mwi-server and test again.

Thanks Terry
No mwi relay under telephony-service, I will add that. But i do have the mwi sip under my dns. Will also try the removing the mwi-server and add it back. I will let you know.
Cheers

I tried everything but the configuration below which worked. Never had to do this
ccn trigger http urlname mwiapp
maxsessions 4
end trigger
I did not have maxsessions, once i added it MWI worked.

Yes, its weird. I dont think had to do enter these commands.
Refer to this document: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/administrator/AA_and_VM/guide/vmadmin_book/syscmp.html#wp1012124
Generally speaking CUE MWI unsolicted is the easiest one, but sometimes still need a bit of troubleshooting. Anyways since you have got it working, thats what matters :)
