When will Unity support for windows 2008 R2 DC's be available?

Hi Paul -
Cisco's software compatibility policy is typically 60-days following the general release of an OS service pack or update such as R2. Unity version 7 does not support it for Active DIrectory domain controllers, so my guess would be for the upcoming version 8.

Can you tell me if Unity 7 now has support for Windows2008 R2? or is that only in Unity 8?

Unity 7 supports this configuration as well but with specific ES requirements and other caveats/requirements. See the following link for details:
