Hi,
I'm working with CUCM 7.1and CUPS 8.5.4. When I tried to login CUPC 8.5.1 a error message Login Failed is received (Error= Error de inicio de sesión. Intente de nuevo mas tarde). I can login using CUPC 7.51 and Web User but unable using CUPC 8.5.1.
I have CUCP 8.5.1 installed on my Windows 7 laptop. I tried login to another cluster server using CUCM 8.5 and CUPC 8.5.3 and it worked so i'm a little confuse about it.
I have tried installing version CUCP 8.5.5 but it didn't work...the same error is received...
Any thought?

Hi
Firstly check the hostnames of the server(s) are in DNS - even if you specify the server by IP, the server returns a reference to the hostname so it needs to be resolvable.
Secondly, check your service activation screen - CUPC 8 uses the various XCP services where 7.x only needed the SIP Proxy/Presence Engine services. The others may not have been activated on this cluster.

Thanks Aaron for the respond.
I solved the issue. It was a mismatch between the Applciation Name in CUCM and CUP hostname. I tried using the hostname and IP address, it worked in both way.
