CUPC Client 7.0 (2.13496) doesn't work when using a PCMCIA NIC, but when using built-in NIC it works, even when I disable the built-in NIC, it still doesn't work. I can login to the client, but it stays greyed out and doesn't function.

If it can login, I don't think the problem is specific to the NIC. Could you upload the packet capture here?
Thanks!

Hi
Is it possible you've disabled a client firewall on the built-in NIC, but the PCMCIA NIC has defaulted to being enabled?

Firewall is not enabled. Also Cisco secure client icon is a red x, instead of being logged in, but that isn't a requirement, and is only used in the conference room. Seems that the two issues could be related. Trying to get screencaps of CUPC client 'server status details', only the login server is green, the rest are grey, but don't have the details. So by deduction sip and https isn't connecting, even though it's the same server IP as the login.
Will try packet capture, as soon as I can get a hold of the user.
