Hello
I have an strange issue where the "Place a Call" option when you click on a CUPC contact is not working.
The clients links up to their deskphone and softphone just fine and can use the dial pad to make calls and can receive calls.
The CTI GW on presence server shows green.
The CTI GW on CCM conn to CUPS has all the phones assocated with it.
All users are associated with the default CTI profile on CUPS.
Everything looks good so I am not sure what is up.
