CUPC- Reset defaults

Is there a way to reset the cupc back to defaults.  We have a user that has some how managed to maximize the client, but the buttons to close or minimized the client are out of view.  We have tried moving the window but it won't let us.   We have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it is remembering the last window size that was used.

Hi,

Are you using some kind of extended monitor. May be you are been hit by folllowing bug.

Just reinstall perhaps would not help. Did you clear the registry entries & try installing it again ?
