CUPS 1.0(3) installation question

Hi,

We are running CCM 5.1(3)cluster. We are planning to install Presence server.

Please let me know if i install presence server( on a separate MCS server) during the peak hour, can it affect call processing.

Please let me know what are the pre requisite during installation(presence server).

I dont believe installations, maintenance windows during operation are the best option...dont remember the number of TAC cases we have recieved because of this
