hello,
we have integrated the CUPS and LYNC with RCC, but the users client lync now can not call or anwer using the "ear and microphone computer". The users lync even initiated the call from the lync client the physic phone must used. The issue is for client users that travel and need to use the "ear and microphone computer" and can not use the physic phone.
what should I do?

The RCC integration is exactly that: Remote Call Control. If you want to use softphone functionality from the Cisco infrastructure you will need to use CUCI-Lync instead of RCC.

I've read your link. how can acomplish this?
Soft-phone mode (Session Initiation Protocol [SIP]-based)=
You can make and receive phone calls from anywhere you can access the corporate network with your PC or laptop.
whith the servers CUPS server 8.5, CUCM 8.5 and LYNC server 2010 is possible to acomplish this?.
exist some integration manual?
