CUPS Ver 10.5.1 Error in installation

Hi ,

I am trying to install Cisco CUPS and I always get Error in installation stage as per attachment.

is there any solution,

The output looks good. Do below:

Delete the entry of IM&P server from CM >> System >> Server

Restart the CM server

Add the entry back again of IM&P server

Deploy the VM again and change the Network Adapter setting and then proceed with the installation. If it fails again, collect the dump/diagnostic logs. Refer to below document for this::

In case, if you have already collected the dump logs then provide the same before performing the workaround that I mentioned above. Also, I hope you are entering the correct Security Password during the IM&P installation, it should exactly the same as on CUCM Pub

Is this the first IM&P in the cluster??

Have all the steps in CUCM been taken care of??

What OVA are you using??

You'd need to look at the diagnostic logs to pinpoint the issue.

Hi,

Its Standalone installation .

For The CUCM I add the CUPS IP Details in as adding Subscriber 

I am using the Ova cucm_im_p_10.5_vmv8_v1.0 for 500 Users.

Provide the below outputs from CUCM Publisher CLI:

show version

run sql select userid,enablecups from enduser where enablecups='t'
run sql select count(*) from enduser where enablecups='t'

Also be aware of below defect and make sure the network adapter type is changed to VMXNET 3 manually right after you deploy the OVA and before starting the installation

What about the output of show version active, need to know the exact CM version

I install CUPS successfully ..I did report the CUCM PUB and I change the IP while I am installing as well.
