Custom Not Ready Codes in Finesse not available in CUIC historical reports

I have a number of custom Not Ready Reason Codes that I created in Finesse Ver 11.  How can I get CUIC ver 11 to report on these custom codes?

I looked in the CUIC Value Lists and refreshed the one for UCCX_SystemReasonCode and all of the Custom numbers show up, but they aren't listed in available fields in the Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary report. 

How can I report on these Custom codes?

Please make sure the agents use them at least once before they start up showing in the Agent not Ready Reason Code Summary report
