Experts,
We recently upgraded Unity Connection from version 8.0 to version 11.
Now, we having problem to upload wav file to update the greeting. I been imported the certs from the servers (pub and sub) and add the trust to Java Security. (Java Version 8 Update 51) but still the same error message. (see attached)
They I tried to upload the wav file via. ATM. Installed latest version 1.0.0.35 still with error message. (see attached)
Does anyone know any other way to get greetings loaded into Unity Connection? New handlers require to create soon.

Try to play back the file using phone first before you hit on Save and it should work then. Refer to below defect for detailed instructions, should stand true for v11 as well.
