Customized SSO Page on Jabber rather than Windows Security credentials box

Hello Team,

I've configured SSO on CUCM and Expressway for Jabber login internally and over MRA. I'm using ADFS 4.0 on Windows 2016 as IdP.

When signing in from Jabber, I get "Windows Security" credentials box when redirected to the ADFS IdP, but I was expecting to get the ADFS customized SSO sign-in page.

When using any other Web Application with SSO (i.e. CWMS), I get the ADFS SSO sign-in web page, but not with the Jabber.

Is there a way to achieve that ?

What you get is not the expected result. Something is not lining up with you SSO setup. Make sure you follow the deployment guides to the letter.
