We have a CUCM extension and user is reporting that they are having issues receiving calls. After troubleshooting it is found that when someone call (xxxxxxxx) with his/her caller ID blocked then the user at extension 8xxx is unable to receive calls. Previously it was working and there were no issues.
We are using CUCM version 10.5.2.18900
