Database Setup for IM and Presence Service

I want to add an external database (SQL Server) to my IM&P. After setting up the external database entry, the Cisco XCP router service, config manager service, and directory service don't start.
After searching and studying this, I think the problem is with CA and cup-xmpp-trust. How can Generate a cup-xmpp-trust correctly for this?

Are you talking about a certificate presented by the DB server, or to the DB server? If it is from the DB server, you will need to get the certificate chain, and import the signing CA for that cert (and perhaps intermediate CA's if applicable) as trust certificates.
