My CUCM 7.1.2.31900-1 is Microsoft AD integrated. When I go to User management / End user the PIN is already populate. Does anyone know what the default PIN would be?

I believe that would be whatever was set as the PIN for your default end user credential policy within CUCM?

I still do not see displayed what the default PIN would be. Is it your experaince that is not displayed anywhere? It appears to me I can use this policy to change the PIN but I am more concerned with knowing what the existing default PIN is.

Correct, I don't recall it ever displaying, only the option to change default PIN; I've not found ours referenced anywhere within those settings.

Hi,
I know is kind of late :), but now I got into this problem too. :)
Solve it like this:
As CUCM admin go to User Management/(User Settings in ver 9.)/Credential Policy Default and check in "Default Credential Policy for PIN" the checkbox "User Must Change at Next Login".
In this way, you don't have to know the default PIN for users, but force them to change it! :)
The user does not have to introduce the "old PIN", just the new one (and a confirmation, ofcourse).

I need to fix this issue now. I have around 10k+ user. Some user have Extension Mobility so I can't reset pin using Bulk Administrator>user>pin
The way you describe user still have to login using some pin to change there PIN.Please let me know if you aware of any workaround.I do not know what is default PIN.
