Hello all,
Would anyone be able to advise me on how to delete an active 3rd party device pack from the Cisco Unfied OS Administration.
I believe I have to do this from the CLI interface as I'm not able to delete files from 'Software Updates/InstallUpgrade' which only allows you to upload files.
I believe it should be 'admin:file delete install'..... but I'm not sure of the entire command.
Any help would be appreciated. I've added a screenshot if that helps
Regards,
Jamie

There is no way to do that, the command you mention is not for that. The install parameter refers to:
install specifies an installation log.
Currently the only way to remove ANY cop file is to reinstall.
You can try reaching the 3rd party who gave you the file and ask them if they know all the SQL queries necessary to remove whatever they added to the CUCM DB.
