Demo Licenses Error on CUCM 11.5.1

Good day!

Does anyone know why I am still getting a 'The system is operating on demo licenses that will expire x days. Add this system to a Cisco Prime License Manager and install insufficient licenses to cover its usage before expiration in order to avoid losing the ability to provision users and devices.

I have just purchased and installed enough licenses for the phones so not sure why I am still getting this error.

Hi ,

Can u share the snapshot of licenses installed from PLM?

Licenses ---License Usage---Table View

also, from CUCM Administration , share snapshot

System ---Licensing ---License usage report.

Apart from Aman's Ask, can you try to update license usage detail in CUCM and then do synchronize licenses from PLM and check. After that you may provide snap shot as Aman asked to cross check.
