Directory handler – Dial extension rather than direct to greeting Unity 5.01

I’m using Unity 5.01.  I’m trying to get our directory handler and the “Allow callers to dial an extension during greeting” feature to ring on subscriber’s phone rather than go directly to their voicemail.

I can’t find this switch.  Does anyone else know?

Hi,

If you're asking why when the call is transferred to the user, it goes

to their greeting rather than ring their extension, you'll want to visit

the actual subscriber account in SA Web. Open up their Call Transfer

page and check both Standard and Alternate rules. You'll see that its

most likely set to "send to greeting" rather than ring subscriber's

extension.
