Question from one of my users...is there a way to disable the active calls window when the user is on the phone?
I just got an earful about how annoying this is...
Thanks in advance for any advice...

Not without disabling deskphone/softphone control and turning CUPC into an IM&P-only client. If you wanted to go that route you would want to disable the CTI, CCMCIP, and Audio profiles within the CUP Admin > CUPC/Jabber > User settings.

Workaround would be to uncheck the option for "Keep call windows on top" in the CUPC - options - Calls.
If a new call comes in, or if you are on a current call, the window will drop to the background once you navigate to another active application. Makes it a touch less annoying.
