Greetings, I'm wondering if I need an active support contract in order to patch CM from 8.0.3.20000-2 to 8.0(3.21900-8)??

hi,
you need to have CCOId and a valid Service contract to downlaod the iso patch.

Hi Carlos,
You do not need active support contract since it is a minor upgrade.
In case of any assistance required from TAC while doing upgrade, you won't be able to open the case.
