Hi, a customer with en existing CME+CUE platform (CISCO2851-CCME/K9 s/n fcz130272ap with 2 VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE, 1 PVDM2-48U64, 1 Cisco Unity Express-AIM-CUE) requires us to implement a service of IVR+ACD, in order to activate the IVR tree described in the attached file. The System image file of CME is "flash:c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-11.XW10.bin". is it possible to configure what the customer requires without any other license or upgrade? on release notes of CUE I've found that You do not have to buy IVR session licenses if you plan to use only voicemail and auto attendant with basic IVR applications. IVR session licenses are required only if your application contains advanced IVR features, such as email, fax, database access, or VXML scripts. thanks for your support.

As you said, if no advanced IVR, no license are necessary.
Note the image you have is very, very old and should be updated.
