Dropping calls on ring no answer

                   Would like to know how to drop calls when the call is not answered. We are using Cisco Callmanager version 8.6. I don't want the call forwarded to voicemail just want it to drop without annuctiator saying anything.

Hi Joel,

One thing that can be tried is setting the CFNA destination to a Translation pattern which is blocked.
