E-mail RTMT alert on Voice Mail Port Monitor Unity Connection

Hi Team,

Can we configure e-mail RTMT alert whenever the unity connection voice mail port is getting exhausted?

I know the mechanism to check the voice mail port utilization in real-time from RTMT, but wandering if this could be done automatically. If yes, then will it impact the node CPU utilization?

Note: Our Unity Connection Running on version 11.0

What about if you check in RTMT if there is an option for this yourself. If you can’t find it and no one answers this it’s likely not an option.

Thanks for your response. As i said earlier I know how to start the polling for real-time port monitoring for Unity Connection from RTMT but have not find any option to configure e-mail alert when all the voice mail ports are exhausted.

If there is no option to specify email on the alert it’s not an available function.
