E1 to SIP Replacement with Same Route Pattern with Different RL

Hi Team,

I have a plan to replace current VG from E1 to SIP.

In current E1 RoutePettern config there are something like ;

RP       PRT     GW/RL
1234      A          X >> To E1 >> RG= PSTN A,B,C

1234      B          Y >> To E1 >> RG= PSTN C,B,A

So, the question is : As SIP Replacement in my plan, How can I Identify these 2 RPs from above in Dial-Peer ( VG ) and make them route in the different destination address
