Hi Guys, someone already saw one problem like this ?
When the Administrator set the parameter "User Must Change at Next Login" in Credential Policy configuration of CUCM to users change the PIN, the users are receiving the error XML Error [4] Parse Error in the first login.
If we disable this checkbox the problem don´t happens, and the users can perform the login normally.
Im my research, I found this error related to corporate directory search, but ... I think this is not related.
Searching here in CSC, several discussions helped me to eliminate some points below:
The userID have 16 characters or less.
The userID have only one device profile associated
The userID´s don´t have special characters
CUCM Version : 8.5.1.10000-26
Any help ? Suggestion ?

Hi Rob, thanks for ask.
The CUCM are using an additional locale: cm-locale-pt-BR-8.5.1.2100-1.cop, and curiously the problem only happens when the IP Phone use this locale. Look this test table:
The next step that I will do now is collect the firmware version from the device and perform a research, but now I think that the way is open a SR ... or you have another tip for me ?
