hi, can't remember the exact place but I think its on the admin page , advanced settings - something like disable name search or enable number search. Remember doing something similar for someone and found the setting there.

Hi Bobby,
I'll just add this note to the good tips from Jeff (+5)
The first thing you need to do is replace the User>Display Name with
their extension, so in this example, user Bob Uncle is edited to show
Display Name 5126. Then we need to remove Bob's recorded name.
An excellent way with Unity Connection is with the use of this great tool from
the fine suite of Unity Tools (** reset feature**);
Unity Connection Bulk User Delete
For resetting users you have the option of emptying the mailbox , resetting greetings, deleting voice names, resetting passwords, removing private lists and a number of other options you may choose. For installations where the user base “changes over” frequently such as schools this may be a nicer option. This option is also allowed for CoRes installations since it does not involve the removal of user objects from the Connection database.

Then ensure that the greeting page for Bob is set to use the System Default Greeting. I just tried this in
the lab and was able to change;
"Sorry, Bob Uncle is not available"
to
"Sorry, 5126 is not available"
Remember to uncheck the checkbox for;
on the Conversation page so that you won't have to reset newly created users
Cheers!
