When someone calls in and if they misdial, they get the error message that the extension is not in the system and are redirected to the main greeting. How can I cange that to reidret to the orerator.
I can't find any options in the system to change that.
I am using Unity 4.0(4)

Couple ways to go about this. You can expose the error greeting in the SA and manipulate it there by going to the Advanced Settings Tool and enabling the "Administration - Expose the error greeting for subscribers on the SA" option.
You can also use BulkEdit to change this easily for all existing handlers and subscribers - the "Error" tab on the greetings tab lets you change the behavior here en mass (it can also let you loop it back to the handler/subscriber they're on which many folks prefer).
